Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Overwave, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. No account or click-through agreement is needed.
License
Overwave is provided free of charge and supported by optional tips. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute it without written permission.
No warranty
Overwave is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hit the Deck Software and the developers of Overwave are not responsible or liable for any damage to your Mac or other systems or devices, loss of data, interruption of service, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Channels and third-party content
Overwave does not host, provide or control any streams. It plays streams published by third parties and listed in a community-maintained catalogue (iptv-org) or in playlists you import. We make no promise that any channel is available, accurate, lawful in your location or suitable for you, and we are not responsible for what any stream contains. Catalogue presence does not establish that a stream is working or that you are entitled to watch it. Adult channels are hidden by default.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, the terms of any broadcaster, provider or service you use through Overwave, and for any playlists you import.
Tips
Overwave is free to use in full. Tips made through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary and non-refundable, and do not create any support contract or service-level agreement.
Third-party trademarks
Apple, Mac, macOS, AirPlay and all other names, channel names, logos and marks mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Overwave is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by iptv-org, Apple, Google or any broadcaster.
Changes and termination
We may change, discontinue or stop supporting Overwave at any time, without notice. It is maintained on a best-effort basis. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
